We will be happy to work with you :) This apartment is a 1100 sq. ft. two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium unit with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room, and a patio-type balcony. Master bedroom, which includes a king size pillow top bed, has a private bathroom with a walk-in closet. Second bedroom is furnished with a two full size beds. Towels, pillows and linens are included. Dining area provides an extendable table that can easily sit up to six guests. Specious living room area is furnished with a large and comfortable sectional couch, coffee table and a flat screen television. Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, as well as all the pots and pans, dishes and utensils. The condo was nice and as expected from the pictures. It was clean and check-in was easy. The pool in the complex was very nice, our kids loved to swim there. We appreciated having beach toys to borrow to play in the sand. Location was nice with several restaurants walking distance, grocery store basically across the street, and a ten minute drive to/from the Clearwater Beach area. Would definitely recommend this AIRBNB to friends. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. This was our first time in Clearwater and we couldn't have been more pleased! The location was convenient, only a short 10 minute drive to the beach. The heated pool was great for the kids since we visited in April. The hosts were super helpful, even after our stay when we realized our daughter had lost her phone and we couldn't find it in the condo. They had their cleaning crew look for it and luckily they ended up finding it and were kind enough to mail it to us! If we ever plan another Clearwater trip, we will definitely book again!

Agnes & Paul's condo was stocked with beach gear which was so much appreciated! Beds were comfortable. Also loved that the fridge has an ice maker. This was super helpful when packing lunches on the go with the cooler. We enjoyed how spacious the condo was and loved the pool! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in Clearwater. The condo was clean, comfortable and plenty of space. We loved how quiet it was. Even though there were a lot of other condos we rarely saw or heard anyone else. The location was great. We were visiting to see Phillies spring training and the field was only 15 min away. Clearwater beach was only about 20 min away. There is a nice restaurant/bar right next door, and shopping across the street. We hope this condo is available on our next visit to Clearwater.

Le logement de Paul et Agnes était parfait pour les besoins de moi et mes trois filles. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terasse couverte. Les équipements pour la plage étaient également très pratiques. Nous avons apprécié le calme du complexe. Le logement est à quelques minutes à pied du Publix et à environ 10 minutes du Pier60-Clearwater Beach (la course avec Lyft varie; le jour c'est environ 9 à 15$. Pour le soir, la course peut aller jusqu'à 25$ compte tenu de la popularité de l'endroit). J'ai vécu une situation avec laquelle Agnes et Paul ont été rassurant et ont répondu rapidement. Leurs réponses et messages sont automatisés sur la plateforme mais ils sont facilement rejoignables les quelques jours avant l'arrivée et lors du séjour. Nous retournerons sans hésiter au logement de Paul et Agnes.

Thank you Agnes and Paul for hosting us at your place for our winter break. The location was very convenient to many locations we visited such as Clearwater beach and Busch Gardens. We enjoyed the heated pool and gym onsite almost daily. The place itself was roomy and clean.

Loved the stocked kitchen, heated pool, spacious apartment, pool and beach toys. If you have little ones, you will find lots of necessities already stocked (bouncy seat, pack n play, pool floaters and life vests, bath items etc… Washer and dryer worked great, water pressure was excellent and there was plenty of hot water for a family of four. Beds were comfy, bring a noise machine if you are a light sleeper, especially if you like to sleep in. There is a fire dept down the road and school next to the building and they play music during recess. We would stay again!
